ThirdWay provides project management, leadership coaching, and strategy support for mission-driven organizations. I work alongside your team to drive complex work to completion, not just advise from the outside.
You have a program to launch, a deliverable to ship, or an implementation that's stalling. I manage the work: timelines, stakeholders, deliverables, and the day-to-day decisions that keep things moving.
Learn MoreYour program directors or school leaders are navigating growth, organizational change, or high-stakes decisions. I provide direct, senior-level coaching grounded in 30 years of operational experience.
Learn MoreYour team has the vision but not the alignment. I help organizations clarify their strategy, get the right people on the same page, and turn that clarity into plans and materials that actually drive impact.
Learn MoreFacing a renewal window? This is where all three capabilities come together. I've supported 15+ schools through renewal and material revision in California and D.C.
Renewal Support DetailsYou have a strategic plan that needs to become actual work. A program launch that's behind schedule. A board presentation that needs to tell a credible story with imperfect data. A compliance deadline that requires clear thinking, not just completed forms.
Your team is good, but they are running the organization. They don't have the bandwidth to also manage a complex project, coach a new program director, and produce a defensible document package on a compressed timeline.
That's where I come in. I'm not an extra pair of hands. I'm a senior operator who drives the work to completion alongside your team, with the judgment to know what matters and the experience to make it happen.
Managed sprint-based delivery for NYC's largest volunteer nonprofit. Drove board alignment, coached program directors, and ran cross-functional project management.
Led two schools through Oakland Unified renewal during leadership transition and enrollment pressure: petition drafting, performance narrative, data exhibits, and hearing preparation.
Coached program directors and led strategic planning at an autism services center through organizational growth and program design decisions.
Developed conference content around economic mobility and data-informed practice for a major philanthropic foundation's national convening.
Project managed the design and launch of a new early childhood program: licensing, staffing, curriculum, and facility planning on a compressed timeline.
I'm Noah Bradley, a California K-12 educator and consultant based in Berkeley. Over 30 years I've been a classroom teacher, school leader, and Chief Academic Officer. I spent a decade leading academic strategy across a charter school network.
That means I've managed complex projects under real constraints, coached leaders through hard decisions, built strategic plans that had to survive contact with reality, and presented to boards and authorizers who expected substance.
In recent years, that work has expanded beyond K-12 to include national nonprofits, major foundations, and specialized service providers. The common thread: mission-driven organizations with important work, real deadlines, and no tolerance for generic consulting.
